She is an Indian playback singer. Palak and her younger brother Palash Muchhal perform stage shows across India and abroad to raise funds for the poor children who need financial assistance for the medical treatment of heart ailment. Palak has raised funds continuously her charity shows which has helped to save lives of 1333 children suffering from heart disease. She has made her entry in both Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records for great achievements in social work. Palak work is also recognised by the Government of India and other public institutions through different awards and honours. Palak take decision to use her voice to help others was triggered when she saw poor children using their clothes to clean in train compartments. She can sing in 17 various languages like Hindi, Sanskrit, Gujarati, Oriya, Assamese, Rajasthani, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Sindhi and Malayalam. Palak released six non-filmi albums during her childhood and teenage days. when she was 9 year old her first album Child For Children was released by Tips Music. She moved to Mumbai from Indore in late 2006 to make her singing career in Bolluwood. Palak sang her first Bollywood song in her singing career in movie Damadamm in 2011. She was an introduction of actor Salman Khan. Salam had recommended her name earlier to music director Sajid-Wajid for his film Veer. Salma had also recommended her name to Yash Raj Banner, for she dubbed the song Laapata with KK for Yash Raj banner which was very famous and blockbuster movie Ek Tha Tiger. The song was filmed on Salman and Katrina Kaif. The song was a biggest hit and introduced her to Bollywood. At this time She is one of the topest female in Bollywood.
